On September 19, with "Mutual Win-win Cooperation to Build Communication Vocational Education Community" as the theme of 2019 China - ASEAN Vocational Education Exhibition and Forum was grandly opened in GXPC. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Education, PRC and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, this event is one of the important activities of the 16th China - ASEAN Expo, including China - ASEAN Dialogue Education Officials, One-Hundred-College Cooperation Promotion Fair, China-ASEAN Vocational Students Skills Exhibition, China-ASEAN Vocational Education Equipment Exhibition, China-ASEAN Vocational Education Summit Forum and so on. On the morning of September 19th, after the opening ceremony, Huang Junhua, vice chairman of the autonomous region, and guests from home and abroad visited the exhibition hall of our school and gave full affirmation to the achievements of our school.
In recent years, our school has carried out the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue, actively promoted education and teaching reform, and made great achievements in the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, BIM technology teaching and application, "AI+ intelligent learning" to build an artificial intelligence college, promoting the reform of "1+X" certificate system, and taking advantage of the school's advantages to target poverty alleviation.
With "Technology convergence • Empowering the future" as the design idea, Exhibition hall of our school introduced the basic situation, BIM technology research and development, prefabricated building pilot projects, 5G network experience, 3D printing building model works, making full use of our advantages in resources technology leveraging our advantages in resources and technologies to help fight poverty, etc. The exhibition shows the talent training mode, characteristics and achievements of our school based on 1+X certificate, which is close to the demand of high-end talents in the industry
During the visit, Vice Chairman Huang Junhua listened carefully to the report of Secretary Liu Xiaohong and Vice President Wu Kun, understood the in-depth application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings of our school, and gave affirmation to the achievements on BIM technology and assembly talent training,so as to keep up with the high-end development of the industry.
With the support of modern technological means like Internet and 5G ect., at the scene of the exhibition hall, Huang Junhua watched the interactive remote vocational skills teaching and training for the poverty alleviation center, real-time interaction class in Duan Vocational Education Center, a secondary vocational school supported by our school.
